Sugar Shack Toronto
Priscilla B, a well-known TV host, visited the Sugar Shack event at Sugar Beach in Toronto. This event is famous for its delicious Canadian sweets, especially Maple Taffy. Priscilla and other visitors got to make their own Maple Taffy by pouring hot maple syrup onto snow and rolling it up on sticks. It was a fun and tasty experience for everyone Priscilla B also talked with Victoria Mahoney, the producer of the Sugar Shack event. Victoria shared that Sugar Shack is not just about sweets but also about celebrating Canadian culture and history. She explained that the event helps people learn about how maple syrup is made and brings the community together.
Priscilla met other important people at the event, including volunteers and vendors. One vendor talked about why it’s important to keep making maple syrup the old-fashioned way. They said it helps connect us to our past and share our traditions with future generations.
The Sugar Shack event had a lot to offer. There was live music, outdoor fire pits, and the smell of sweet maple treats in the air. Visitors enjoyed maple cotton candy, maple-glazed popcorn, and many other goodies. There were also fun activities for families, making it a great event for all ages.

Here is the Recipe Brazilian Caramel Cocktail 
Ingredients * 2 oz. Amarula Cream Liqueur * 1oz. Scotch * Dulce de Leche with Amarula Ice 
until you think is good 
Preparation 1. In a shaker half full of ice combine all ingredients. Shake , Shake abs to finalize the drink puts some splash of Dulce de Leche already mixed with Amarula . Enjoy!
Davenport Perth Community Health Centre – Pop Up Vaccine
No último sábado, 3 de junho o Davenport Perth Community Health Centre. Teve um pop up vaccine event para a população da língua portuguesa. Mais de 500 doses da vacina Pfizer foram distribuídas para a comunidade.
O evento foi sucesso total. A frente a nossa vice prefeita Ana Bailão comandou com maestria e sempre muito simpática com todos.
Tivemos a presença da Mpp Davenport Marit Sltiles e a ilustre presença do prefeito de Toronto John Tory, orgulhoso em dizer que quanto mais pessoas tomarem a vacina, mais rapidamente a cidade ficará aberta.
E olha que ele até comeu o tradicional doce Nata Portuguesa. O evento estava lindo de se ver com tantas pessoas da comunidade unidas em prol a salvar vidas.
A propósito nossa jornalista teve finalmente sua primeira dose a qual se emocionou e sentiu se abraçada por todos que ali estavam “Momento histórico para ser lembrado daqui a anos, quando tudo isso passar”.
